COUNTERFEIT ADVISORY!

YES! Golf has learned that 4,000 substandard, illegally produced, counterfeit putters of two of our models (“Callie” and “Marilyn”) have been shipped to Korea from an unauthorized source in China. We have strong belief that these putters are not approved by the USGA. These putters, named the “Callie Classic” and “Marilyn Classic” have YES! markings on the head and hosel but are not genuine YES! GOLF products.

The illegal “Callie Classic” and the “Marilyn Classic” models are being made by a yet unknown, China-based manufacturing company at the request of an unauthorized, China-based trading company for sale to an unauthorized company (KJ Golf) in Korea. YES! GOLF knows the identity of the Korean company and is closing in quickly on the identities of the two Chinese companies.

YES! GOLF has learned from one of its authorized and trusted manufacturing partners that the unauthorized trading company solicited them to “properly manufacture the groove work on an additional 4,000 heads because they were unable to copy and produce the grooves on the initial production run.”

C-GROOVE Technology requires the highest manufacturing capabilities and engineering knowhow to reproduce within the company’s stringent quality control tolerances. In addition YES! Golf produces all of its putters to conform to the rules set forth by golf’s ruling bodies.

Counterfeit golf clubs - a huge international scam costing the golf industry over $6 Billion a year.

In spite of extensive and costly efforts by manufacturers, Chinese government inspectors, police and customs agents, the golf counterfeit market is booming. Unfortunately, the consumer ends up with a similar looking product that does not perform as well and often would not meet the requirements set by the USGA and other golf sanctioning authorities around the world.

Yes! Golf has recently become the target of a severe Trademark infringement by a company in Korea known as KJ Golf. Pending an injunction by Korean courts, Yes! Golf’s legitimate distributor in Korea will be confronted by thousands of illegally produced putters made in China and imported into Korea bearing the Yes! Golf trademark and nearly identical putter designs and model names of our genuine putters.

The exclusive legal distributor for Yes! putters and related Yes! branded merchandise in Korea is Progear Holdings Co. LTD. To alert retailers and consumers about these counterfeit putters, we are making available herein photos showing the differences between genuine Yes! products and the counterfeits.

We at Yes! Golf value the recognition and support for our brand in Korea and want to ensure that Korean Golfers get the genuine (best performing) product possible which are approved by the USGA and R&A for worldwide use in tournaments.

The golfing community throughout the world needs to recognize the enormous effect that counterfeit products have on our industry’s collective ability to maintain brand integrity and provide you with the quality products that you deserve and want.
